Overview &  Important Dates

Challenge Type: Fat Loss  

Duration: 6 Weeks

Start Date: Monday July 31st, 2023

End Date: Saturday Sept. 9th, 2023

Must Register: On or before Saturday July 29th, 2023

Kick-Off Meeting: Saturday July 29th @ DFit Training Studio

(baseline measurements will be taken using the In-Body Scan next door at Liquivida)

Halfway Point Brunch Event: Saturday, August 19th, 2023 11am-12pm @ DFit Training Studio

Final Results Event: Saturday September 9th, 2023 @ DFit Training Studio


Registration Includes:


  • Health Evaluation

  • (2) Inbody Scans

  • 4 Group Training/Boxing Sessions per Week (24 classes)

  • 6 Week Full Studio Access during open gym hours 

  • 6 Week Nutrition Plan

  • Full Access to Mywellness Cloud

  • Weekly touchpoint with Mike to review log

  • Access to Private Facebook Support Group


Challene Goals:

  • Highest % Total Body Fat Lost (Total Body fat lost divided by starting body fat % X 100)

  • Total MOVes (1 Winner)

  • Overall Grand Prize Winner (1 winner) = Based on point system, most cumulative points wins
